Detailed explanation of the entire cargo consignment process:

1. The customer and the business fill in the booking form, sign or stamp the company on it, provide the shipper's information (ID card copy or photo provided by the individual, business license provided by the company), and provide the consignee's information (passport copy or photo provided by the individual, ABN tax number provided by the company).

2. After the booking is completed, the business provides a warehouse receipt or warehouse number, and the customer ships the goods to the designated warehouse according to the warehouse receipt or warehouse address (Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, and Bao'an District, Shenzhen City all have company warehouses). Note: For log goods or log packaging that are shipped to Canada, fumigation is required. Wood packaging must be free of bark, insect pests, and mold.

3. After receiving the goods, if repacking is required, the business will arrange for repacking. When packaging is completed and fumigation is required, arrange for fumigation in a timely manner.

4. Arrange and complete the loading process. The customer provides detailed information about the product name, number of pieces, and value of the goods.

5. We will be responsible for arranging customs declaration throughout the process, filling in customs declaration documents - customs declaration - release - sailing.

6. After sailing, wait for the ship to arrive at the port. Upon arrival, we will arrange customs clearance, and we will also be responsible for the packing list for customs clearance in Canada. After customs clearance is completed and all expenses are settled, we contact the consignee to make an appointment for the delivery time, and then arrange for delivery to the door. The consignee signs for receipt. The entire shipment is completed.

remarks:

Customs inspection: The purpose of inspection is to verify whether the contents declared in the customs declaration documents are consistent with the actual goods inspected. Customers provide accurate cargo lists that are consistent and that the value of the goods cannot be overstated, which can reduce the probability of customs inspection! If customs inspection delays the progress of customs clearance of goods and incurs inspection costs, the customer shall bear the actual cost! (Low probability of inspection)

Fumigation: In international trade, countries attach great importance to the prevention of plant diseases and insect pests in order to protect forest resources. It is strictly stipulated that all wood products, (no bark allowed on log packaging) must undergo fumigation treatment before entering the country! Fumigation fee 700/ticket. No wood products, no need!

Tax exemption conditions: Canada's customs and tax regulations do not provide special treatment to Chinese immigrants. You only need to hold a visa, passport, or maple leaf card for more than 6 months, and use it for more than 12 months to transport used goods for the first time within five years of entry. Can be tax-free! (A small amount of new personal items can be passed)

4. Transportation cycle: Bulk cargo is fixed and opens on Tuesday and ships on Friday every week; About 25 days to the door. According to the actual situation of the goods, the fastest shipping schedule is arranged for the entire container. Usually, large ships are sailing on Tuesdays. The arrival time is generally about two days faster than bulk cargo.
